Reservation Policies:

Internet reservations

1.  Reservations are available for booking seven (7) days in advance. Reservations require a minimum of 2 golfers. Mill Pond reserves the right to add golfers to complete foursome. Reservations are limited to one (1) foursome per person per day. Reservations must be secured by a credit card and are subject to cancellation/no-show fees as detailed below. The person making the reservation is responsible for cancellations. If no show or short show fees are incurred due to late cancellations or no shows, fees will be billed to the credit card that secured the reservation.

Reservations by Phone in the Pro Shop

1.  Reservations are available for booking seven (7) days in advance.Reservations must be secured by a credit card and are subject to cancellation/no-show fees as detailed below.  The person making the reservation is responsible for cancellations. If no show or short show fees are incurred due to late cancellations or no shows, fees will be billed to the credit card that secured the reservation. Reservations are limited to two (2) foursomes per person per day. If reservation for two foursomes is granted, the person making the reservation is responsible for all eight reservations and potential no-show fees. Reservation requests for more than two (2) foursomes must be treated as Group or Outing Reservations and handled according to the Group or Outing Reservations policies and procedures.

Reservation Fees

A $3 reservation Fee is applied to all reserved Tee Times before 12:00 noon daily from April 15^th through October 31^st and on weekends before 12:00 noon at all other times.

Group or Outing Reservations

1.  Group reservations may be made, subject to availability and other limitations, by contacting the Pro Shop. All Group reservations require a deposit and signed agreement.

2.   Outings are limited to Weekdays, typically Mondays or Thursdays, and are available subject to availability by contacting the Pro Shop. All Outing reservations require a deposit and signed agreement.

Reservation Cancellation, no show and short show policies (individuals and foursomes):

1.  All reservations must be cancelled by phone at 631-732-8249 during Pro Shop hours of operation, at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation in order to avoid cancellation or no-show fees.  If a reservation is not properly cancelled 24 hours in advance and you do not show up for the Tee Time and check in timely, the reservation will be considered a no show and the credit card used for the reservation will be charged a no show fee equal to the greens fee for the Tee Times reserved. If some of the reserved golfers show up and check in, but not all of the reserved golfers show up and check-in, the individual making the reservation will be charged a short show fee of $10 per no show, unless the spot is filled by a walk-in player.

2.  Any individual with more than two (2) incidents of complete no-shows, or excessive short shows, are subject to revocation of their reservation privileges.

Mill Pond Golf Course Resident Card

The Mill Pond Golf Course offers discounted Greens Fees and other benefits to Brookhaven Residents who purchase a Mill Pond Resident Golf Card in our Pro Shop. The card costs $20 and is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Rain Checks

Rain checks will only be issued if management determines that the weather has caused the course to be closed. If management deems the course playable, no rain checks will be issued.
